Payment

We accept Paypal, PayMe or FPS(轉數快) for payment settle in our online shop.

For the customer who would like to use PayMe or FPS(轉數快) manual payment method, please follow the instructions during checkout or read the details here: 【PAYME & FPS - MANUAL PAYMENT METHOD】

Since our stocks or handmade materials are limited, please complete the payment in 24 hours. We will cancel the order and release the items into shop if we didn’t receive your payment or hear from you. Thank you for your understanding. Kindly send us a message if you have any questions. 

 

Production Time

We handmade every piece in a dedicated details with care. Items in shop include ready to ship and made to order items, we will mention the type in the listing.

Ready to ship item: Item will be dispatched after purchase with payment made in an estimated 3-7 working days. 

 

Made to order item: Production time varied. Please refer to individual product information.  

  • If your order contains both ready to ship and made to order items, the whole order will be shipped until all items are completed. If you would like the ready to ship item to be sent out first, please place a separate order.

  • Production time may change and delivery may be delayed in holiday season due to volume of orders. 

 

Rush Order: 

We are happy to accommodate your request, please send us a note if you need the item to be sent in less than our production time, we will determine if we can meet the time frame. Extra rush order cost may apply according to production scheduling or material sourcing.  

 

Shipping

For ready to ship items: they will be dispatched in an estimated 3-7 working days after payment is received and cleared.

For made to order items: they will be sent out after they are completed.

We will ship to the address you provide at checkout, please ensure the shipping address are correct and secure. 

Please note that we cannot guarantee the estimated transit times from different locations or countries, they are in accordance with S.F. Express, Hong Kong Post and related post or delivery offices schedules. We suggest you can do the online tracking for delivery status. 

 

Local Shipping

Free shipping for Hong Kong local order over HKD1,000 through S.F Express.

For local order below HKD1,000, it will be sent through S.F Express, a flat rate HKD30 will be applicable. Tracking number will be provided to you by IG/Facebook DM or email upon the order was sent. 

 

  • If the order to be sent to S.F point or centre, please fill in the full address and mark the S.F location code in the "Apartment, suite, etc." field in the shipping address section during checkout.  

  • If you need an item to be sent in a certain date (within Hong Kong local area), please send us a note. We will confirm with you if it can be sent on that date. 

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Free shipping for international order over HKD1,500 through Hong Kong Post.

For international order below HKD1,500, order will be shipped through Hong Kong Post (Air Mail), a flat rate HKD100 will be applicable. Tracking number will be provided to you by IG / Facebook DM or email upon the order was sent. 

 

  • For speedy shipping, please send us a note. We are happy to make a custom listing with the additional shipping costs upon your request. 
  • In cases where orders are shipped cross-border between countries or states, please be aware that there may be additional duties, taxes, custom administration related charges that may apply. This will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Please check with your local custom office for related policies. 

Refund, Return and Exchange

All sales are considered to be final. Sold piece(s) are not exchangeable or refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damage packages, we will not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. Please send us a note if you would like to purchase shipping insurance (applicable to overseas orders only). Please make sure the shipping address is correct, we will not reimburse for items shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error. 

  • Actual color of the item may be slightly vary with which you see on your screen due to device or monitor displays difference.  Each of our pieces is handmade meticulously and individually, craftsmanship or patterns of every piece may with slightly variation, this is the reason we treasure handmade creation with their uniqueness. 

 

Care Suggestions

To preserve the beauty of the Bluesy Mod pieces, here are some care suggestions. 

  • Do not squeeze, hold strongly, twist or fold the pieces . Protect them from contact with hard objects in order to avoid scratching. Please keep it carefully.

 

  • To keep the lustre of those metal, brass and sterling silver parts of the pieces, please keep them away from any chemicals such as perfume, rubbing alcohol, lotions, cosmetics,  hair beauty, skin care and cleaning products etc. Avoid exposing to perspiration, chlorinated swimming pool water, rain water, spring water and sea water. And do not place it in a high humidity environment.

 

  • Fabric jewellery or accessory can be dry clean only and washing is not recommended. For the cleaning of sterling silver jewellery or accessory, wipe it gently with a soft silver polishing cloth. Every after use, clean the jewellery or accessory with a very soft cloth to remove any dust. If the necklace or bracelet chain moistened with sweat, rinse it gently with clean water and dry it with a soft cloth. 

  • To remove the jewellery and accessory before going to shower, exercise or sleep. 

 

  • To prevent the jewellery or accessory from tarnishing or damage, storing it in an airtight jewellery box, container or ziplock bag. And also separate it from other types of jewellery and accessory you have to prevent scratching.
